One thing Bill mentioned in our interview was cooking some meat over a campfire again. I am looking forward to doing just that with Bill. In the meantime though we needed footage of a campfire for this segment and so Emma and I decided to see if we could reverse sear some steaks over a campfire– grab your drool rag and watch! #carnivore We need to get a Carnivore Cookbook going with Bill’s Bacon Burgers and Campfire Seared Steaks!
