We cook up a #frugal #keto dinner in our #airfryer. This has to be the best food we’ve ever prepared! See how it turned out!

Chicken Cordon Blue-
1. 3 chicken breasts
2. 6 slices of ham
3. 3 slices of Swiss
4. Mayo
5. Parmesan Cheese
6. White Cooking Wine
7. Butter
Directions:
Chicken- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them evenly.
Place had and cheese on top of each chicken and roll up tightly
Brush the outside of the chicken with a coating of mayo and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cordon Blue Sauce:
On low heat up 1.5 sticks of butter. Add some white cooking wine. Add some cream. We just guessed here. Vary based on home much chicken you have and sauce you want. Simmer on low for about 25 minutes… we didn’t allow enough time to thicken but it was still good, make sure it thickens.
Cook chicken in air fryer at 375 for 15 minutes. We like the Ninja air Fryer. Keep a close eye on it until you have a golden crust. Then add it to the sauce to finish cooking and soak up the white butter wine deliciousness!
